概述：
As an efficient gas and solid separation equipment, cyclone separator is widely used in the primary separation of natural gas and coal-bed gas, which is mainly used to remove solid impurities and dust particles carried in the conveying gas medium to ensure the normal operation of gas pipelines and equipment。
How it works:
The gas containing solid particles enters the cyclone through the tangential inlet of the upper part of the cyclone, and makes it rotate along the wall at high speed to the bottom of the cyclone. After reaching the bottom, it turns into the upper spiral gas of the inner layer and is discharged from the exhaust port of the cyclone separator。Due to centrifugal force，The dust particles in the air flow gradually move towards the cyclone wall during the process of rotating with the air flow，Hit the wall and slide towards the cyclone exit，It ends up in the lower chamber of the cyclone，And move down with its own weight，Discharge by an outlet at the bottom of the cyclone;The centrifugal force of gas without solid particles is small，It flows out through an outlet at the top of the cyclone。
